Reviewing and editing segments
Click-to-edit, autosave, statuses and shortcuts.
Editing
Open a project and go to Segments. Click any translation to edit it; changes save automatically.
Inline formatting appears as small tags such as <g1>…</g1>. Keep them in the translation so bold text, links and other formatting are rebuilt correctly.
Statuses
QA Passed – the automatic checks found no problems. This is not human approval.
Human edited – someone changed the text manually.
Verified – a person confirmed the segment. Verified segments are never overwritten by AI and are added to your private memory.
TM / CM badges – the translation came from an exact memory match or a context match.
Filters and shortcuts
Filter by QA issues or repetitions to focus on segments that need attention. Use the keyboard shortcuts shown in the editor to move between segments and verify quickly.
