Creating projects
The four-step wizard, supported formats and automatic start.
Supported files
Word (.docx), Excel (.xlsx), PowerPoint (.pptx), HTML, JSON, plain text, XLIFF, Trados .sdlxliff and memoQ .mqxliff. PDF is not supported — convert it to Word first.
Each file may be up to 50 MB.
The wizard
Step 1 – File: upload the document. The source language and subject area are detected automatically; correct them if needed.
Step 2 – Languages: pick the target language. Nothing is preselected so you always choose consciously.
Step 3 – Resources: choose which translation memories and glossary to use and the suggested engines for the detected subject.
Step 4 – Style guide: write or paste instructions for the revision step, or pick one of your saved templates.
Pre-translated (bilingual) files
If you upload a Trados or memoQ file that already contains translations, those segments are kept and reviewed instead of retranslated. Context matches (CM / 101%) are protected and only checked by rules.
Automatic start
As soon as segmentation finishes, the workflow starts by itself. You can pause and resume at any time from the project page.
